| Job Description Application Developer-BPCS (Business Planning & Control Systems) Description: The candidates are required to design, build, and manage solutions using BPCS (Business Planning and Control System) from SSA Global, which is a popular AS/400 software package that addresses the core system needs of industrial sector companies. Desired Profile Experience : Min 1 year of BPCS experience with 3 to 8 years of Total Development Experience in AS400/Mainframe Skills: The deserving candidate should have technofunctional OR technical background. Should have hands on exp in BPCS(Business Planning and Control System). Ideally the development experience for AS400/Mainframe should be 60-70% of Total IT experience. Also the development experience for BPCS should be 30-40% of Total IT experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
